Connor's Elmo

So I went to Kohl’s yesterday and found some cute clothes.... while the birds were getting groomed. I found some good deals but I knew there was going to be a 50% off sale today and tomorrow. I was told that if I came back to Kohl's I could take my receipt in and get money back if the clothes were indeed on sale... while I passed by the toy's on the way to the customer service counter I couldn't help but to look.... I could not believe my eye's… they had a new Tickle Me Elmo for 40% off. So with the money I received back from the sale which was $10 and some odd cents... Elmo cost me $13... Now that is a deal! I love Kohl's! Here is some video with Connor, Elmo, and of course Gromit.

Wonderful Florida Spring Day

Today I took some pictures around the house… of Connor (of course) in his cute little outfit that Aunt Aubrey gave him... Aubrey, thank you so much... it looks so cute on him!

Discovering You Tube

Since Eric is gone on deployment, I had to find some way to get videos of Connor to him... thanks to Mindy, I realized that I could post video on our family blog and Eric can view it from here. So I am starting to go through my posts and upload video to the entries I have video for.. enjoy! :)

Rocking Chair

Reading Time

Connor is now starting to look at books and tell us the story... it is really cute.. it is all 'conish' to me.. but he knows what he is saying and that is all that counts! He just loves his new Dick and Jane book! Thank you Grandma and Grandpa!

Avondale Park

So Mary and I went to Avondale today for a little lunch at Biscotti's and some antique shopping. I found a wonderful elongated oval leaded glass piece and some odds and ends. I love antiqing... you never know what you are going to find! Plus the weather here has been just beautiful!

The Zoo With Grandma

Mary and I went to the Zoo today after dropping Tim off at the airport. We joined Tara and Jennifer. It was fun... of course... not without pictures. We also went to the petting zoo for the first time since Connor has been able to walk and he did such a great job... I think he may have thought that they were a bunch of Gromits :) Congratulations Eric with blowing the Chief's exam out of the water! We are so proud of you!

St. Simon's Island with Grandparents

So I decided to take Eric's parents to Brunswick and St. Simon's Island today. It was just a beautiful day and Connor was full of energy.. we couldn't keep him still. He loves to point now and loves chasing the birds. We miss you Eric!
